Important Details:
Paint Party (Theme Costume or Pajamas are OK!)
Date: April 20, 2024
Time: 17:30 – 21:00 (20:00 for 3 Yr Olds)
Cost: ¥3,500 + Meal Cost + Tax / Child (includes Event, Staff, Insurance)
Max: 10 children (*3 – 12 years) *3-year-olds must be potty trained and able to separate from their parents.
CV-19 Guidelines:
Runny nose, coughing and fever are among the symptoms that will exclude a child from joining. Please keep your child at home if unwell.
If you are unsure about your child’s condition, feel free to email and ask for our advice.

Kids Community Trick or Treat - Heiwa Park
To ensure a smooth and enjoyable event, we’ve had to adjust the time for our Halloween in Heiwa – Trick-or-Treat gathering to 13:30 – 15:30. This change is due to the Chikusa-Ku Children’s Festival, which will be held at our usual trick-or-treating location throughout the morning until 12:30. Given the festival’s demands on facilities, resources, and parking, we’ve decided to start our event after the festival wraps up, making it easier for families to enjoy the day without added stress.
この度「トリックオアトリート・イン・平和公園 」の時間を13:30 – 15:30に変更する運びとなりました。この背景には、当日朝に開催される「千種区子どもフェスティバル」が同じ平和公園で12:30まで開催され、施設やリソース、駐車場の利用など混雑を避けるため、同フェスティバル終了後に当イベントを開始することで、保護者様によりストレスなく楽しんでいただけるよう時間帯を変更いたしました。

Time: 9:30 – 11:30 (4-10 Yrs Old)
(Children must be toilet trained and able to separate from parents)
Cost: ¥5,000 + Tax / Lesson / Child (Includes event and insurance)
Max: 10 children
Min: 5 Children
Booking Deadline: Booking will remain open until the Thursday before the event or until we reach event capacity.
Invoicing: We will send invoices via our PPI Invoicing Services.
Payment Options: Bank Transfer or Cash in Advance (If choosing cash, please arrange a time to visit our school office by email).
Cancellation: No Refund for Cancellation, Withdrawal, or Absence.

Access:
When coming by car, please leave enough time for your child to use the bathroom before our session begins.
Bring Wipes or Toilet Paper to use in the bathroom.
